Send plain text, link previews, quick reply buttons, or a CTA URL button. Buttons and CTA links appear as native WhatsApp interactive messages — the same experience your customers see from the WhatsApp app.
Only used for global /api/send. Leave empty to use the first connected instance.
Comma-separated. Max 3 total including CTA URL (e.g. 2 reply + 1 CTA).
Media
Send images, documents, voice notes, or location pins through the same send endpoints. Use a public URL or a stored mediaId from inbound messages or GET /api/instances/{id}/media.
Reaction
React to a message the customer or this instance already sent. You need the WhatsApp message ID from a webhook, activity log, or send response. Set From me when reacting to an outbound message. Leave emoji empty to remove a reaction.
